Stage Manager Report creates and stores production books, rehearsal reports, rosters, attendance, notes, action items, and report settings locally on your device. The app does not require an account.

Information We Collect

The app does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or login credentials. Mindsle does not receive the production or report content you enter in the app.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple. RevenueCat may process purchase history, entitlement status, app identifiers, platform metadata, and an anonymous customer identifier needed to unlock Lifetime Pro and restore purchases. This purchase information is not used for tracking.

PDF And CSV Exports

PDF reports and CSV indexes are created on device and passed to the iOS share sheet. You choose the destination. Mindsle does not upload those files to a server.

Sensitive Report Content

You control the information entered and shared. Avoid placing confidential medical, disciplinary, child-protection, or personnel details in broadly distributed rehearsal reports.
